IQS results are based on responses from more than 73,000 drivers—purchasers and lessees—of new 2011 model year vehicles. The surveys are administered after 90 days of ownership, and contain 28 questions for drivers. Study results are used by manufacturers, like Cadillac, to design and build models in the future that are more geared towards our drivers needs.
